Refund policy
At Olyssia London we want every order to be a great experience. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@olyssialondon.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions on where and how to ship the item back. We recommend using a tracked postage service such as Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent — items lost in transit cannot be refunded. Returns sent to us without first requesting authorisation will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns where the item is undamaged and was sent correctly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product. We'll review the issue and make it right — in these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including underwear, swimwear, intimate apparel and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns on items marked as Final Sale or on gift cards. Please get in touch if you're unsure whether a specific item qualifies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. This avoids the wait while we process the return.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging — and you'll need your proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund to your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, contact us at info@olyssialondon.com.
